12-week Kick-start plan 2019
Welcome to the Kick-start Plan. This 12-week programme provides meal and exercise plans, weekly challenges and expert advice and motivation to help you reach and maintain your healthy weight. Start by reading the ‘Before you begin’ content then work your way through the plan from week 1 through to week 12. The weekly plans, challenges and inspiration will be added as the plan progresses, starting with week 1 on 13 September.
