Small steps, big change

Welcome to Kick-start! If you are ready to look and feel better, get fitter and have more energy then you are in the right place.

This year our fantastic 12-week Kick-start Plan has been designed to help you take small, practical steps which will help you create big change in your life. Unlike all the ‘diets’ out there that judge progress on the scales and focus on food restriction, our programme focuses on making it easier to eat more of the foods that nourish your body and help you feel good, as well as supporting you to create a healthier relationship with food.

Week by week, along with the delicious recipes and meal and fitness planners, I will be setting you a challenge in your Motivator email to help you create a positive change to your lifestyle. My challenges will not only help you eat better, move more and sleep better, they will also help you to improve the way you manage stress and feel more positive.

Over the 12 weeks, the challenges will help you form healthy habits in your life that can become your new ‘normal’, so you will be able to keep on track with a healthier way of living well after the 12 weeks are over. We are here to help you make change that lasts.
