Crunchy gluten-free chicken tenders
- 2 eggs
- 400g Mission Corn SweetcornXChips
- 500g chicken thighs, cut into strips
1 Blend corn chips in a food processor. Beat eggs.
2 Dip cubes of meat in egg, then coat in corn chip crumbs.
3 Shallow fry until golden and cooked through. Drain on paper towel before serving.
