Sautéed broccoli with garlic and almonds
(at time of publication)
- 500g broccoli, trimmed, cut in small florets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tablespoons flaked almonds
1 Steam or microwave broccoli for 2 minutes or until just tender. Drain.
2 Heat oil in a frying pan over a medium-high heat. Add garlic and almonds. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring. Add broccoli and Cook for 2-3 more minutes. Serve.
