How much saturated fat is in that processed meat?

In an average 8700kJ diet we are advised to have no more than 23g saturated fat each day – that’s about 5 3/4 teaspoons of saturated fat (1 teaspoon of fat from meat, lard, butter or oil is approximately 4g). Less is better.
