Jess is a NZ registered dietitian and mum of two. She runs her own business, Relish Nutrition, and works with clients individually as well as running nutrition workshops with different businesses, schools and athlete groups. Alongside her nutrition career, Jess has played professional netball for 12 years. She is passionate about making food easy and enjoyable for everyone.
