It only takes a few minutes to feel stronger and more energised every day with Libby’s 5-minute Magic Movement routine.

When it comes to a healthier, more energised body and a clearer mind, it’s the smallest habits that add up to the biggest and longest lasting results. Every trainer worth their salt knows that five minutes of strength work performed daily at home and some time spent walking every day, will get better results than a few hardcore session at the gym each week.

Our resident HFG movement expert and former Biggest Loser trainer, Libby Babet has created a 5-Minute Magic Movement routine for you. Do it every single day for 30 days, and watch your body transform!

Once you’ve done it a few times and understand the movements and technique, use the below list with your own phone timer wherever, whenever you can.

The easiest way to score maximum impact is to “habit stack” this workout with things you do daily, for example you might do the 5-Minute Magic Movement Workout before your morning shower, while waiting for your kettle to boil in the morning, or in the park closest to your work right after you leave the office … use something you do every day as your trigger to get it done.

5-Minute Magic Movement Routine

  • 30 seconds on each exercise with 15 seconds rest between each OR
  • 45 seconds on each exercise with no rest between each (once you’re ready)

  • Lizard Lunge to T-Rotation
  • Squats
