Healthy kid’s lunchbox

Healthy kid’s lunchbox

Tired of the same old sandwiches? Mix up your little one’s lunch with these fun and nutritious ideas!

This balanced lunch features a yummy wrap, crunchy salad, fruity treats and even a frozen yoghurt surprise. Perfect for keeping little tummies happy and energised.

Ham, cheese and salad wrap

1 wholegrain wrap, 40-50g shaved ham, grated cheese, grated carrot, mixed lettuce

Orange

Cut in wedges.

Frozen yoghurt tub

Pop a small tub of your kid’s favourite yoghurt in the freezer and pack frozen. This will help keep everything else in their lunchbox cool until it’s time to eat.

High-fibre muesli bar (store-bought)

Cut into 4-5 bite-sized pieces.

Salad

Carrot, mixed lettuce, cherry tomatoes.

Hard-boiled egg ‘chicks’

Halved egg, eyes made with raisin pieces. You can make a beak with carrot if you like.
