Better food, better mood

A healthy diet holds promise as another tool to help mental health and well-being, according to new research. A research review found evidence improved diet may reduce depressive symptoms. The systematic review examined data from almost 46,000 participants and reported a significant reduction in depressive symptoms, but no change in anxiety, after dietary intervention. The researchers say more investigation is needed.
