Can campaign kicks off

Donating a can of food will help those most in need around New Zealand.

The annual Wattie’s Cans for Good campaign starts today (30 October) and runs for a week, with all cans donated going to The Salvation Army foodbanks in time for the busy Christmas period.

Kindergartens and schools can register at watties.co.nz/cansforgood to take part in the canned food drive.

Last year’s campaign saw around 200 schools donate more than 67,000 cans, which went to families in need.
