The tool has been launched for this year’s Coeliac Awareness Week, which runs from 15-21 May.
Coeliac New Zealand encourages the public, the food industry, medical professionals and educators to ‘consider coeliac disease’ – the theme of this year’s awareness campaign. To reduce the possibility of long-term damage or the development of other conditions, the organisation encourages those who suspect they may have coeliac disease to get tested.
