Workplace mental health measured

A Massey University study that surveyed 1400 people in 25 organisations, found more than a quarter of employees felt depressed much of the time and more than half reported signs of depression which made it difficult for them to do their job, take care of things at home or get along with other people.

The findings will be the baseline for ongoing monitoring.
