  • 500g floury potatoes, scrubbed
  • cooking spray oil
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon sweet paprika

    1 Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Cook kumara and potatoes in the microwave on high for 6 minutes. Set aside for 5 minutes.

    2 Cut kumara and potatoes into thick chips or wedges and place on baking tray. Spray well with oil and sprinkle with half the sesame seeds and paprika. Turn chips and repeat with oil spray and remaining sesame seeds and paprika. Bake for 35 minutes or until golden and crisp.
