Berry-cranberry iced tea

  • 2 English-breakfast tea bags
    • 1 ½ tablespoons castor sugar
    • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
    • 500ml light cranberry juice
    • 2 cups ice cubes, to serve

    1 Place tea bags and sugar in a large heatproof jug. Add 4 cups boiling water and leave to steep for 3-4 minutes. Stir to dissolve sugar, discard tea bags and set aside to cool. Refrigerate to chill.

    2 Place tea mixture, berries, cranberry juice and ice cubes in a large serving jug. Divide among 6 tall glasses to serve.
