Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- ½ cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh oregano leaves

Instructions
1 Place all ingredients in a bowl, mixing well to combine. Use to marinate lamb, chicken or fish for at least an hour before cooking.
