Classic mixed green salad
- 8 cups mixed salad greens such as baby spinach, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, carrots, capsicums, green beans, snow peas and onions
- fat-free salad dressing or balsamic vinegar, to serve
- fresh herbs, chopped, to serve
1 In a large bowl combine all salad greens.
2 Drizzle with dressing or balsamic and toss to combine. Garnish with fresh herbs.
