California roll with Asian chopped salad
- 1 Asian chopped salad mix (we used Taylor Farms)
- 80g cooked prawns
- ½ avocado, cubed
- 1 cup cooked white rice
- 5g pack nori seaweed
1 Open the salad mix and remove package with dressing and toppings. Evenly divide dressing into base of 2 medium-size Mason jars.
2 Divide the following items evenly between each jar, building from the base up: prawns, avocado, rice and then the salad.
3 Open toppings package and sprinkle evenly on both salads. Top each salad with nori and tightly seal jar lids. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
