- ½ pot ready-cooked brown rice with chia
- 2 stalks broccolini, chopped
- 2 Brussels sprouts, thinly sliced
- 1 can chilli tuna
- ½ carrot, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped almonds
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon kimchi or sauerkraut (optional)
1 Heat rice, broccolini and Brussels sprouts in the microwave for 1 minute.
2 Add other ingredients to bowl and enjoy!
