Ingredients
- 2 slices wholegrain toast
- 4 teaspoons hummus
- 1 large vine-ripened tomato, sliced
- 20g reduced-salt feta cheese, crumbled
- ¼ cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- cracked black pepper
