Italian spritz

All the Aperol vibes, none of the alcohol. Light, bubbly and so refreshing, the perfect nibbles-and-sunshine drink for summer afternoons.

  • 150ml zero alcohol prosecco
  • 100ml zero alcohol Italian spritz (we used Lyres)
  • soda water to top up
  • 2 slices orange, to garnish

    1 In 2 large, stemmed wine or balloon glasses place a good handful of ice. Pour prosecco evenly between the glasses. Add Italian spritz and top with soda water.

    2 Garnish each with an orange slice, serve and enjoy.
