  • ¹⁄³ cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 cup pure pomegranate juice
  • 3½ cups sparkling water
  • Fresh mint leaves, to garnish

    1 In a large jug, place ice, pomegranate seeds and frozen blueberries.

    2 Pour juices and sparkling water over the fruit and stir gently.

    3 Serve immediately in tall glasses and garnish with mint leaves.

    If fresh pomegranate isn’t available, use frozen instead. The blueberries can be replaced with frozen raspberries.
