- 1 kiwifruit, peeled, chopped
- 2 pieces (150g) fresh pineapple, chopped
- 12 plain or fruit and mint-filled ice-cubes
- 1 cup unsweetened apple juice
- 1 ½ cups tropical fruit juice

Instructions
1 Fill each glass with a mixture of fruits. Add ice cubes.
2 Mix juices together and divide among glasses. Top with soda water. Decorate with fruit slices.
