Recipe had serious potential, but wondering if the weight given for the noddles is the dry weight or the cooked weight? We made 2 packets of 125g noodles and it was waaaaaay to much.
Hi Tammy. Thanks for your comment. You’re very welcome to reduce the amount of noodles. It is the dry weight. We like to make sure there is plenty of volume to meals, so people feel satisfied. This dish is also really great reheated the next day for lunch.
