  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp wholegrain mustard
  • small slice haloumi
  • tortilla wrap
  • handful spinach or rocket
  • tomatoes, sliced
  • red onion, sliced
  • cucumber, sliced into ribbons

    1 Combine honey with wholegrain mustard and set aside.

    2 Spray a griddle pan with cooking spray and get it nice and hot. Add haloumi and cook on one side. Flip over and drizzle with a little of the honey mustard dressing.

    3 Once cooked, line your tortilla wrap with spinach or rocket, sliced tomatoes, onion and cucumber ribbons, then top with the sliced sticky haloumi.

    The sodium in this recipe is a little high, so watch your sodium across the rest of the day – ideally aiming for no more than 2000mg.

    Swap the tortilla wrap for a wholegrain wrap, for extra fibre.
