  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon (10g) walnuts, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoon honey, eg manuka

    1 Lightly toast the bread, then slice in half diagonally.

    2 Top the toasts with the banana slices and drizzle with the lemon juice. Scatter over the walnuts and chia seeds, drizzle with the honey and serve.
