Banana and walnut toast
- 4 slices wholemeal bread
- 2 bananas, thinly sliced
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon (10g) walnuts, chopped
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 2 teaspoon honey, eg manuka
1 Lightly toast the bread, then slice in half diagonally.
2 Top the toasts with the banana slices and drizzle with the lemon juice. Scatter over the walnuts and chia seeds, drizzle with the honey and serve.
