Apple pie overnight oats
This Bircher-style bowl of overnight oats is a creamy low-calorie, high-fibre breakfast that tastes like apple pie. If you don't like cinnamon, try spicing it up with nutmeg or ginger instead.

Ingredients

- ½ cup oatsoatmeal uncookedX
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 tablespoon sultanasgolden raisinsX
- ⅔ cup grated apple
- pinch of ground cinnamon, to serve
Instructions
1 Put the oats and sultanas in a bowl or jar. Add the milk and allow to soak overnight.
2 In the morning, stir in the grated apple and a pinch of cinnamon then serve.
