Berry bites

Here's a great lunchbox addition - they don't require cooking and they are dairy-free too!

  • Time to make: 10 mins, plus overnight refrigeration
  • Serving: 15 x 30g balls (2 per serve)

  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1 cup quick cook oats
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup brown rice flour
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey

    1 In a food processor, blitz all ingredients until they form a paste and ball.

    2 Scoop mixture with a tablespoon and roll into 15 balls. Refrigerate overnight and place 1 or 2 in the lunchbox.
