Choc-banana porridge

  • 400ml milk
  • 2 squares chocolate
  • 2 bananas, peeled
  • 2 teaspoons peanut or other nut butter

    1 Mix the rolled oats with the milk in a bowl and air fry for 12 minutes at 180°C.

    2 While the oats are cooking, roughly chop the chocolate and slice the bananas into rounds.

    3 Once the oats are cooked, divide them into two bowls. Add the chocolate pieces to one side of each bowl and a sliced banana on the other. Spoon in the nut butter.

    For a version that’s higher in protein and calcium, serve with some Greek yoghurt and milk or fortifi ed milk alternative.
