- 1 lime, thinly sliced, plus extra to garnish
- ¼ cup fresh mint, plus extra to garnish
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 cup ice
- 1 cup sparkling water
- 330ml bottle lemon/ginger kombucha
1 In two glasses, muddle lime, mint and honey until mint and lime release their juices and flavours.
2 Divide ice between the glasses, top with sparkling water and kombucha.
3 Garnish with extra lime and mint and serve immediately.
