These easy spicy lamb tacos have a kick and are so easy to make with just a few simple ingredients.

Ingredients

- 2 small tortillas
- 100g cooked lamb (leftover roast lamb is perfect)
- 6 peppadew peppersbell peppersX, chopped
- 2 cups rocketarugulaX leaves
- 2 tablespoons chipotle chilli sauce
- 2 tablespoons low-fat plain yoghurt

1 Warm tortillas in a pan or microwave. Distribute ingredients between tortillas. Wrap and enjoy.
