- ½ packet The Good Taste Co Fish & White Wine chowder
- ½ tin smoked fish (I used BrunswickSeafood Snacks)
- 1 cup rocketarugulaX leaves
- 1 cup green veges (I used broccoli and beans)
- 2 slices mixed grain bread
