- 2 tablespoons salt-reduced soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon mirin
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
1 In a small jar, combine all ingredients well and serve.
Variations
Make it gluten free: Check soy sauce and mirin are gluten free.
