Week four dinner options

As we wrap up the Fresh Start program, we’re excited to share the final dinner options with you! This week’s menu features some truly delicious recipes, all high in iron and protein to help you feel more energised and full for longer. Pick your favourites from the nine available recipes – we recommend choosing three to four so you can use leftovers for other meals and make the most of your ingredients.

Remember if your goal is to shape up, opting for more of the low-kJ recipes in row one will help, but feel free to mix and match with the other recipes – they’re all dietitian-approved and healthy choices.
