- 3 feijoas
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon liquid honey
- 250ml skim milk
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
1 Place all ingredients except cinnamon in a blender. Blend for 30 seconds then pour into a chilled glass and sprinkle with cinnamon (if using).
