Watermelon or strawberry ice cooler

This refreshing summer drink can be made with watermelon or strawberries (or both).

  • 3 cups crushed ice
  • fresh mint sprigs, to garnish (optional)

    1 In a blender place watermelon flesh or frozen strawberries 3 cups of crushed ice. Blitz until blended.

    2 Serve immediately in tall glasses, garnish with a mint sprig, if using.
