Ingredients
- 20 asparagus spears
- 1 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon walnut oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons walnuts
- 1 lemon, zest and juice

Instructions
1 Lightly cook or steam asparagus. Place on a serving dish.
2 Mix oils together with vinegar and pour over spears.
3 Scatter walnuts and lemon zest over the top and finish with a drizzling of lemon juice.
