Tara’s tortillas

  • 6 flour tortillas
  • 420g can chilli beans
  • ½ cup grated cheese
  • ½ cup chopped fresh coriander
  • ½ red onion, sliced

    1 Preheat sandwich press.

    2 Spray olive oil on one side of each tortilla.

    3 In a large bowl, combine chilli beans, cheese, coriander and onion.

    4 Place oiled side of tortilla on the press, then carefully spoon chilli bean mixture onto tortilla. Fold.

    5 Cook until crisp.
