Strawberry and lime iced tea

  • 3 strawberry and lime fruit teas (we used Healtheries)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • ¾ cup fresh mint
  • 2 limes, juice
  • 2 cups crushed ice, to serve
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced

    1 Make tea with 1 litre boiling water. Stir in sugar and half the mint. Leave to infuse for 15 minutes. Strain. Cool, discarding infused mint.

    2 Mix tea with lime juice and 1/2 cup cold water. Add crushed ice to each glass. Top with strawberries and remaining mint. Pour over iced tea. Serve.
