Avocado and feta dip
Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- ½ cup low-fat plain yoghurt
- 125g feta cheese, crumbled (about ½ cup)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
1 Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mash together with a fork. Or use a stick blender to get a smoother texture.
Variations
Add some chopped fresh spring onions or herbs for extra flavour.
