  • ¾ cup reduced-fat Greek-style yoghurt
  • ¹⁄³ cup diced fresh fruit (we used diced rockmelon, strawberries, banana, kiwifruit, plus mandarin segments and star fruit slices to garnish)
  • ¹⁄³ cup granola
  • fresh mint leaves, to garnish
  • 1 teaspoon goji or freeze-dried raspberries to garnish (optional)

    1 In a small glass or jar, layer half the Greek-style yoghurt with half the granola and chopped fruit.
