- 400g angel hair pasta or spaghettini
- 2 x 210g cans salmon
- 2 large tomatoes, diced
- 2 cups rocketarugulaX
- 1 long red chilli, deseeded, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
1 Cook pasta following packet directions until al dente.
2 Drain pasta, then return to saucepan. Add remaining ingredients and toss until well combined. Serve immediately.
