

Blackcurrant pick-me-up
Ingredients
- ¾ cup frozen blackcurrants
- 150g low-fat berry yoghurt
- ¾ cup skim milk
- 2 thin slices fresh pineapple, cut in chunks
- 1 banana
- 1 kiwifruit, peeled
- 2 tablespoons wheatgerm (optional)

Instructions
1 Place all ingredients except wheatgerm (if using) in a blender. Process until smooth. Keep chilled until ready to drink.
2 Sprinkle with wheatgerm. If you prefer an aerated drink, use a frother on the drink just before serving.
