Blueberry and mango pops

  • 1 cup soft-frozen mango flesh
  • 2 teaspoons lime zest
  • ¾ cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • ⅓ cup fresh blueberries

    1 Place mango in a blender with milk and syrup. Process until smooth. Stir in lime zest and blueberries.

    2 Pour into ice-block containers. Freeze for at least 3 hours or until solid.

    Ice-block holders (usually as a tray) are available at supermarkets. If you don’t have one, use plastic cups with ice-block sticks.
