- 1 ripe banana
- 1 small or ½ large cucumber
- 1 large handful (about 20g) fresh spinach
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
1 Simply put all the ingredients into a blender, with a dash of water if you like.
2 Blitz until smooth, then pour into a glass.
