Easy kids’ tacos

- 2 portions Bolognese sauce
- 4 teaspoons ground chipotle powder
- 4 tortillas, warmed
- 2 cups sliced lettuce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- ½ cup grated edam or reduced-fat tasty cheese
1 Add chipotle powder to bolognese sauce before simmering. Serve on tortillas with lettuce, tomato and cheese.
