- 2 tablespoons reduced-fat spread
- 1 lemon, 2 teaspoons lemon zest
- 500g frozen peas
- ¼ cup fresh mint
1 Melt spread in a saucepan over a medium-high heat. Add lemon zest while stirring.
2 Add peas and cook for about 3-4 minutes until heated through. Garnish with mint.
