  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup raw almonds, roughly chopped
  • ¹⁄³ cup macadamias, roughly chopped
  • ¹⁄³ cup pecans, roughly chopped
  • ¹⁄³ cup pumpkin seeds
  • ¹⁄³ cup sunflower seeds
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • ¹⁄³ cup dried cranberries
  • ¹⁄³ cup dried coconut flakes

    1 Preheat oven to 150°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

    2 In a large bowl, place the oats, nuts and seeds. Add the cinnamon and vanilla and stir well to combine.

    3 Evenly spread the mixture out on prepared tray and bake for 10 minutes until lightly golden.

    4 Remove from oven and top with cranberries and dried coconut flakes and allow to cool. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
