Pineapple and melon with mint sugar

    • 300g honeydew melon, thickly sliced
    • ½ cup fresh mint, coarsely chopped
    • 1 tablespoon sugar

    1 Place rockmelon, pineapple and honeydew melon on a serving platter. Coarsely chop 1/2 cup fresh mint.
