Pineapple and melon with mint sugar
- 300g rockmelon, thickly sliced
- 300g pineapple, peeled, thickly sliced
- 300g honeydew melon, thickly sliced
- ½ cup fresh mint, coarsely chopped
- 1 tablespoon sugar
1 Place rockmelon, pineapple and honeydew melon on a serving platter. Coarsely chop 1/2 cup fresh mint.
2 Combine mint and sugar. Sprinkle over fruit before serving.
