Mornings made berry delicious with this gluten-free muesli! With quinoa flakes, nuts and dried fruit, it's a delicious mix of goodness in every bite.

  • 2 cups quinoa flakes
  • ½ cup amaranth
  • ¹⁄³ cup ground linseed
  • ¹⁄³ cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 tablespoon almond oil
  • ¼ cup hazelnuts, roughly chopped
  • 90g gluten-free dried berries (we used strawberries)
  • ¹⁄³ cup dried apple
  • ¹⁄³ cup gluten-free dried cranberries

    1 In a large bowl, place quinoa flakes and amaranth with linseed.

    2 Toss sunflower seeds in oil and add to flakes with hazelnuts and dried fruits. Store in a sealed jar.
