- ¼ x 410g can peaches in juice
- 150ml trim milk
- 3 tablespoons low-fat strawberry or berry-flavoured yoghurt
- 2 teaspoons LSA (ground linseed, sunflower, almond)
1 Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and serve in a glass.
